REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER
Whereas there is nothing in the Court's record indicating clearly that further to my order of April 21, 1997, the plaintiff has changed his address for service from 7810 Mountain Sights, appartement 2, to C.P. 1093, Succursale Place d'Armes;
Whereas the record shows that in August and October 1997, counsel for the defendant used 7810 Mountain Sights for service on the plaintiff even though the plaintiff had referred in his previous correspondence to C.P. 1093, Succursale Place d'Armes;
Whereas there is nothing in the record indicating that the defendant attempted unsuccessfully to serve her motion under Rule 440 at 7810 Mountain Sights;
The defendant's ex parte motion under Rule 311 is accordingly dismissed.
The instant reasons for order and order also apply to the defendant's motion in file T-702-89.
