     REASONS FOR ORDER

NADON J.

[1]      I am granting leave to the applicants to commence an application for judicial review of the Refugee Board's decision, dated June 27, 2000. In granting leave herein, I am doing so on the express condition that the applicants serve their application Record, which includes the Affidavit of Bela Arndorfer, sworn to on July 24, 2000, on Peter Ivanyi, their former solicitor. In view of the allegations made against Mr. Ivanyi, by Bela Arndorfer in his affidavit, it shall also be a condition of this order that the applicants waive the solicitor/client privilege, so as to allow Mr. Ivanyi to respond in affidavit form, if requested by the respondent. A copy of these Reasons shall also be served upon Mr. Ivanyi.

[2]      I shall remain seized of any matter arising from the conditions which I have imposed upon the applicants in granting them leave to commence this application for judicial review.
