[Rule 355 of the Federal Court Rules]

     ORDER

     AND

     REASONS FOR ORDER

Ms. Loyer does not deny the fact that she failed to attend despite the orders of this Court. She submits that she had just started a new job and that she did not realize the importance of attending. I explained to Ms. Loyer that the offence alleged against her is serious in terms of the proper administration of justice. Out of concern for clemency, Ms. Loyer will be ordered to pay a $100.00 fine to the Registry of this Court within 30 days of this order.

     - 2 -      T-2695-95

I further order that Ms. Loyer submit immediately to examination by the plaintiffs.
