BETWEEN:

     DWIGHT ANTHONY FALCONER

     Applicant

     - and -

THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

     Respondent

     REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER

BLAIS J.

[1]      I have heard this motion for a stay by teleconference on June 14, 2000 a 2:30 p.m.

[2]      I consider the fact that the Immigration Appeal Division has not yet produced their written reasons goes to the issue of serious question, which the Court has taken for granted in this case.

[3]      The applicant has a serious criminal record in Canada and the more recent convictions (1999) demonstrate that the applicant has continued on a criminal path.

[4]      The applicant failed to convince the Court that he will suffer irreparable harm if deported.

[5]      For these reasons, this application for a stay is dismissed.
