     REASONS FOR ORDER

NOËL J.:

[1]      The applicant asserts that his conversion to Christianity and its implications upon his return to Iran were not considered by the officer in her assessment of hardship. He notes that his adherence to the Evangel Temple was mentioned by her but not in relation to hardship.

[2]      The obvious inference to be drawn from this is that the officer saw a self serving aspect to this change of faith and attached little weight to it. Having regard to the history of this case, it cannot be seriously argued that the officer made her decision in bad faith or proceeded on some wrong or improper principle.1

[3]      The application for the issuance of a stay is dismissed.
