     ORDER AND REASONS FOR ORDER

     The application for extension of time to file an application for judicial review is allowed.

     After taking into consideration the facts of this case and after reading the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal in Bullock v. Canada [1997] F.C.J. No. 1661, I am satisfied it is in the interest of justice to grant the applicant until November 26, 1998 to serve and file his application for judicial review.

     No costs are allowed.
