Date: 20060123

Docket: IMM-6736-05

Citation: 2006 FC 65

BETWEEN:

ROHAN WENDEL OTTLEY

Applicant

and

MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

Respondent

REASONS FOR ORDER

STRAYER D.J.

[1]                I am not satisfied that the Applicant has established grounds for the issue of a stay in execution of his removal order pending determination of his application for leave and judicial review of a negative humanitarian and compassionate grounds determination of September 8, 2005.

[2]                I am not persuaded that he has raised serious issues concerning the validity of that decision, nor has he demonstrated irreparable harm if he is removed to St. Vincent.

[3]                The application for a stay will therefore be dismissed.
