[1] Upon being satisfied that the Notice of Status Review issued by J. Pinard on November 19, 1999 and the Order rendered by M. McGillis dated January 11, 2000 on the written submissions on status review were not brought to my attention.
[2] Upon being satisfied that the Respondent has provided valid reasons for the delay and upon consent by the Applicant.
[3] Upon being satisfied that it is in the interest of justice that the Court shall reconsider the decision rendered on January 17, 2000.
[4] Pursuant to Rule 397.
ORDER
[5] The Motion for an extension of time is granted.
[6] The Respondent is allowed until January 28, 2000 to file and serve its Application Record.
[7] The Applicant is allowed until February 15, 2000 to file and serve a Requisition for Hearing.
