     REASONS FOR ORDER

NOËL J.:

[1]      I assume for present purposes that a serious issue arises in respect of the main application. However, I am not satisfied that irreparable harm has been established nor that the balance of convenience operates in favour of the applicant. It is acknowledged that no harm awaits the applicant in Trinidad where he is to be returned. His departure may cause inconvenience to others but it has not been established this will cause the applicant irreparable harm. As to the balance of convenience, it must be understood that the decision under attack is, for the time being, valid and binding, and that it establishes that the applicant is presently and prospectively a danger to the public in Canada. In my view, the balance of convenience favours the execution of the deportation order.
