REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

(Delivered from the Bench at Montréal, Quebec, on December 18, 2015.)

NADON J.A.

[1]               Despite Mr. Agnaou’s most able and extensive arguments, according to which Madam Justice Gleason (the Judge) committed several errors in dismissing his application for judicial review of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal (the Tribunal) decision dated June 18, 2012, we are not satisfied that there is any basis to intervene.

[2]               In our opinion, the Judge did not commit any errors in examining with the issues before her and in dismissing, as she did, the application for judicial review.

[3]               The Judge’s decision contains 153 paragraphs over 65 pages. The analysis in the decision is complete in that it reiterates, discusses and determines all of the issues raised by the appellant with respect to the Tribunal’s decision.

[4]               Before us, the appellant has raised the same issues, which, in his opinion, should have persuaded the Judge to allow his application for judicial review. For the reasons given by the Judge, we cannot agree with the appellant’s position.

[5]               Since we find no error on the part of the Judge, the appeal will be dismissed with costs.
