[1]      We are all of the view that the motions judge made no error in deciding that the case was moot and, in our opinion, there would be no public interest served if we were to adjudicate on the issues submitted by the appellant.1

[2]      This appeal will be dismissed without costs since the respondent is not asking for costs.
