REASONS FOR ORDER
NADON J.
[1] On August 28, 2002, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board ("the Board") dismissed an application for disqualification filed by the plaintiff in respect of Michele A. Pineau, acting as chairperson of the panel sitting to hear the application to review the bargaining units filed with the Board by the plaintiff on December 15, 2000 (case 21829-C of the Board).
[2] On September 20, 2002, the plaintiff filed an application for judicial review in this Court against the Board's decision dated August 28, 2002. By its motion at bar the plaintiff is seeking a stay of proceedings in cases 21829-C and 20699-C of the Board. Specifically, 31 days of hearing were held over two years and the Board has scheduled 13 additional days of hearing beginning on October 2, 2002.
[3] The plaintiff asked the Court to stay proceedings before the Board until this Court has disposed of its application for judicial review.
[4] Unfortunately for the plaintiff, a careful review of the record, and in particular the transcripts of hearings held before the panel presided over by Ms. Pineau on April 15 and 16, 2002, does not persuade me that a serious question exists.
[5] Consequently, the plaintiff's motion will be dismissed with costs.
