REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Vancouver, British Columbia, on September 19, 2007)
[1] It being apparent from the record that, at the time of the hearing, the Applicant was regularly engaged in a substantially gainful occupation as a dishwasher, the Board’s conclusion that the Applicant was not disabled within the meaning of the Canada Pension Plan (R.S., c. C-8 subsection 4(2)(2)) cannot be faulted.
[2] However, it would have been preferable for the Board to give more elaborate reasons in the circumstances.
[3] This application for judicial review will be dismissed without costs.
