REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

TRUDEL J.A.

[1]               Mr. Maheux has failed to satisfy me that Justice Harrington of the Federal Court erred in upholding the decision of Prothonotary Morneau, who had previously struck Mr. Maheux’s action against the respondents in which he alleged, first, the unlawful seizure of his Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement benefits and, second, the fabrication of documents for the purpose of creating a tax liability of over $3 million, a debt which he does not owe.

[2]               Having so found, I need not discuss the notice of a constitutional question served by Mr. Maheux.

[3]               Accordingly, I would dismiss the appeal with costs in the amount of $1000.00 inclusive of disbursements.
