[1] Mr. Abi-Mansour appeals from an order of Gleason J. of the Federal Court, dated November 22, 2013, whereby she refused the appellant’s request for an adjournment of his application for judicial review in file T-924-11 until this Court has disposed of his appeal regarding an order of Mosley J., dated August 23, 2013, in file A-288-13.
[2] As the appellant himself acknowledges in his memorandum, his appeal in this file is moot as no hearing date has yet to be scheduled in file T-924-11. In the circumstances, this appeal will be dismissed.
